摘要
教师专业水平是影响保教质量的重要因素,通过问卷法、访谈法等方法,以铜仁市为例对山村幼儿园教师专业发展现状进行调查研究,发现山村幼儿园教师专业态度良好,但专业水平有待提升,教师培训需求强烈,但培训质量不高,山村幼儿园教研活动缺乏有效专业指导等问题,并根据问题提出相应解决策略,帮助山村幼儿园加强师资队伍建设,提升保教质量。
Teachers' professionalism is the main factor affecting the quality of health care and education. With the approach of questionnaires, interview, etc, taking Tongren City as an example, this paper investigates the professional development status of kindergarten teachers in mountain villages. It comes to a conclusion about their teaching attitude, professional level, and the demand for training. Those teachers have good professional attitudes while lack promotion of professional competence. They concern more about teacher training, failing in getting high-quality training along with the lack of effective professional guidance in teaching and research activities in kindergartens in mountain villages. In this paper, corresponding solutions are proposed to strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the quality of education in kindergartens in mountain villages.
