互联网时代山西省大学生“性现状”调查

摘要
目的:了解互联网时代下山西省大学生性行为、性态度和性知识的现状,为今后深化开展大学生性教育提供科学依据。方法:采用问卷调查方式,对山西医科大学、太原师范学院、太原理工大学在校各专业本科生共826人进行随机调查,结果共回收问卷679份(82.20%),男女比例接近1:1.2。结果:(1)大学生的性态度和性行为较为开放,24.9%的调查对象能接受同居或发生性关系,16.8%曾发生过性行为,但贞操观念较强,以上数据均存在显著的性别差异(P<0.05);(2)山西省大学生对性健康知识均有较高的知晓程度,关于避孕套避孕和预防性病的认识分别达83.1%和74.4%,且医学生比非医学生知识储备更加丰富(P<0.05),其中70.1%调查对象的性知识来源于网络;(3)51.3%～53.0%的调查对象有对学校开设相关课程及讲座的诉求。结论:随着网络时代的发展,大学生的性态度、性行为、性知识均发生了一定的变化,但性教育仍存在多种问题,高校应开设相关课程及讲座,以充分满足新时代下大学生的需求。
Objective:To investigate current status of sexual behavior,attitude and knowledge among college students in Shanxi in Internet information era,and provide scientific basis for further development of sexual education in universities.Methods:By using face-to-face questionnaire surveys,826 students randomly selected from Shanxi Medical University,Taiyuan Normal University and Taiyuan University of Technology were investigated.In a total of 679 valid questionnaires(valid rate:82.2%),the gender ratio of male to female was closed to 1:1.2.Results:(1)The sexual attitude and behavior of college students were relatively open,24.9% of the respondents could accept cohabitation and having sexual relationship,and 16.8% of them had sexual behavior before,but among them there still existed fairly strong chastity opinion.All of the data had noteworthy gender ratio difference(P<0.05).(2)The knowledge of sexual health was well known among college students in Shanxi.As for the contraception and preventing venereal diseases functions of condoms,acknowledgements of both respectively reached up to 83.1%,74.4%,medical students' knowledge reserve was richer than non-medical's(P<0.05).And 70.1%of the respondents' sexual knowledge derived from the Internet.(3)51.3%-53.0%of the respondents appealled for official curriculums and lectures.Conclusion:Along with the development of Internet era,the sexual behavior,attitude and knowledge of college students in Shanxi all to some extent changed,but there are still various aspects of problem in the sexual education.Universities should focus on setting up relative curriculums and lectures,in order to fully satisfy students' demand for sexual education.
