摘要
针对皮革制品厚度检测过程中存在的传统式人工读秒表测试方法误差大、测量精度差、测量分辨率低等诸多问题,设计并实现了一种基于栅式测量技术的新颖实用型皮革厚度测量装置。使用STM32F103C8T6单片机作为主控制器,选取高精度容栅式位移传感器为测量载体;根据QB/T 2709—2005要求及装置内部组成结构,分别对其核心电路、控制系统、机械平台进行了研究、设计和制作;对皮革样品的不同部位进行测试且在5 s末自行锁定测量数值并实时显示,分析了影响测量皮革厚度参数的系列因素。结果表明:该装置性能稳定、测量准确迅速,其测量精度为0.001 mm。
In order to solve the problems in the process of detecting the thickness of leather products such as low accuracy in traditional manual stopwatch test method,poor measurement accuracy and low measurement resolution,the novel and practical device of measuring leather thickness is designed and implemented on the basis of the capacitive grating technology.The STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller is used as the main controller and the highprecision capacitive displacement sensor is employed as the measuring carrier.According to the requirements of QB/T 2709-2005 and the internal structure of the instrument,the core circuit,the control system and the mechanical platform are studied,designed and made respectively.Different parts of leather are tested.The measured value is locked at the end of 5 s and displayed in real-time.And series of factors influencing the measurement of leather thickness parameters are analyzed.The result shows that the device has stable performance,accurate and rapid measurement,and the measurement accuracy is 0.001 mm.
