摘要
针对现行《城市电力网规划设计导则》(以下称《导则》)中给出的容载比计算公式并未指明式中各参数的取值依据,且对于负荷分散且发展不平衡地区也未给出分区容载比计算具体方法的问题,提出了1种分区计算容载比的实用计算方法。该方法首先将地区电网按照实际负荷地理分布图进行区域划分,在其基础上,对已划分区域再按电压等级分为多个小区。各小区的容载比按修正的电网整体容载比计算方法获得,并依据变压器标准容量对其进行修正,最后采用专家系统对各小区容载比进行综合,以确定整个地区各个电压等级的容载比。以北京市怀柔区35~110kV配电网为例,说明了结合地区典型特点对容载比实施分区计算的必要性。分区计算结果表明:与当地的电网现状相吻合,可以更好地指导配电网规划建设,对负荷分散且负荷发展不平衡地区电网的发展有一定参考价值。
        A practical method based on division is proposed to focus on the problem that"The Guide of Urban Power Network Planning"(hereinafter referred to as"Guidelines")for which the current method only gives the formula of capacity-load ratio,hasn't specified shown how to choose the value of each parameter;furthermore,for load scattered and unbalanced development region,"Guidelines"haven't given a specific method how to calculate the capacity-load ratio.Firstly,dividing regional power grid into different regions according to the real geographic distribution of load,then every region is divided into several small areas based on the voltage level.The capacity-load ratio of each small area is calculated using the modified overall capacity-load ratio calculation method and amending considering the standard transformer capacity.Finally,the expert system is used to compute the entire region capacity-load ratio of each voltage level.Beijing Huairou district 35kV~110kV distribution network is taken as an example to illustrate the necessity of combining the typical characteristics of region when choosing the value of capacity-load ratio.The proposed partition method is given to fit the local situation and guide the planning and construction of power grid,which provides some reference value to the development of power grid in load scattered and unbalanced development region.
