两种不同烟梗预处理工艺在造纸法再造烟叶生产中的对比研究

摘要
为改善再造烟叶产品抽吸品质,本研究以烟梗为原料,对比研究了蒸汽与水洗两种不同预处理工艺对造纸法再造烟叶常规化学指标、打浆度及感官品质的影响。结果表明:蒸汽工艺的最佳条件为水洗时间15 s,水洗温度50℃,蒸汽时间4 min;水洗工艺的最佳条件为水洗温度为常温,水洗时间10 min,固液比1:6。在此工艺条件下产品得率分别为59.87%、54.00%,氯离子含量分别为0.89%、0.82%,产品感官评析结果分别为82分和77分。
        In order to improve the quality of reconstituted tobacco and sensory quality, the effects of steam process and washing process on the conventional chemical indicators, freeness and sensory properties of tobacco stem were comparatively investigated. Results showed tobacco stem with best quality produced by steam process could be obtained when washing time was 15 s, washing temperature was 50℃, steam time was 4 min. For washing process, tobacco stem with best quality could be achieved under the following conditions: washing temperature was room temperature, washing time was 10 min, liquid ratio was 1:6. Under the above optimal conditions, the rate of yield, chloride ion content and sensory scores of tobacco stem were 59.87%, 54.00%; 0.89%, 0.82%; and 82, 77 respectively.
