摘要

图书馆公共信息服务供给机制具有公益性、专业性、灵活性和便捷性的特点,但也存在低效率和不均衡的问题,在有效的需求表达基础上规范获取与利用,同时构成有效的供给效率与公平监督机制,形成科学开放的信息保障是实现公共信息资源和服务社会公平与高效的有效办法,也是图书馆信息资源合理配置与利用的结果。
        Not only the supply mechanism of the library public information service has the Characteristics of commonweal,professionalism,flexibility and convenience,but also has some problems in low efficiency and imbalance.on the one side,it constructs the effective demand expression,standardizing acquisition and utilization,and on the other hand,it constitutes effective supply efficiency and equitable supervision mechanism.If the library forms scientific and open information guarantee,it will be an effective way to realize social equity and efficiency of public information resources and services,and it is also the result of rational allocation and utilization of library information resources.
