摘要

污染源监测是环境监测工作的重要组成部分,随着环境管理模式从目标总量转为容量总量控制、排污许可制度的实施,污染源监测工作的内容和重点也相应有了新的调整,污染源监测工作也出现了许多新的问题。本文从加大地方环保部门对污染源监督性监测工作的重视力度、加强污染源监测数据的质量管理、加强软件建设、加强业务培训四个方面给出对策建议,以供参考。
        Pollution source monitoring is an important part of environmental monitoring. With the transition of the environmental management mode fromtarget grosscontroltocapacitygrosscontrol and the implementation of the dischargepermitsystem, the kerneland main work of environmental monitoring have newregulatory. Meanwhile, many new problems have arisen in the monitoring of pollution sources. The articlediscusses through4 main points: pay more attention to the monitoring of pollution sources from local environmental protection department,strengthen the quality management of monitoring data of pollution sources,enhancetheconstruction of software andprofessiontraining.
