三才配穴疗法在缓解乳房良性肿块微创术后疼痛的效果分析

摘要
目的探讨三才配穴疗法在缓解乳房良性肿块微创旋切术后疼痛的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2016年3月～2018年2月在我院接受乳腺微创旋切术治疗的180例乳房良性肿块女性患者的临床资料,按治疗方式分成观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=100)。观察组微创术后接受三才配穴疗法治疗,对照组微创术后接受口服中成药乳康片治疗,观察对比两组治疗方法在缓解乳房良性肿块微创旋切术后疼痛方面的疗效差异。结果观察组缓解微创术后疼痛治愈率为36.3%,显著高于对照组治疗治愈率的11.0%(P <0.01),而观察组缓解微创术后疼痛总有效率高达93.7%,显著高于对照组治疗总有效率的52.0%(P <0.01)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.8%,显著低于对照组的17.0%(P <0.01)。结论三才配穴疗法缓解乳房良性肿块微创旋切术后疼痛,疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application value of Sancai points combination therapy in relieving pain after minimally invasive atherectomy in patients with benign breast mass. Methods Clinical data of 180 female patients with benign breast mass who were treated with minimally invasive atherectomy in hospital from March 2016 and February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into the observation group(n=80) and the control group(n=100). Patients in the observation group were treated with Sancai points combination therapy after minimally invasive atherectomy while those in the control group were treated with oral Chinese traditional patent medicine Rukang tablets. The differences in relieving pain after minimally invasive atherectomy for patients with benign breast mass were compared between the two treatment methods. Results The cure rate of pain relief after minimally invasive surgery in the observation group was 36.3%, which was significantly higher than the cure rate of 11.0% in the control group(P < 0.01). The total effective rate of pain relief after minimally invasive surgery in the observation group was up to 93.7%, significantly higher than 52.0% of the control group(P < 0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 3.8%, which was significantly lower than 17.0% of the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusion Sancai points combination therapy has significant curative effects in relieving pain after minimally invasive atherectomy in patients with benign breast mass, which is worthy of promotion.
