下肢脑性瘫痪患者矫形手术治疗的护理管理110例

摘要
目的对下肢脑性瘫痪患者矫形手术治疗的围术期护理管理方法及效果进行探究。方法将2017年2月—2018年8月在该院接受矫形手术的110例下肢脑性瘫痪患者纳入观察中,基于入院时间先后分成研究组和对照组,各55例;对照组实施常规围术期护理,研究组实施全过程护理管理,对比分析两组临床。结果研究组患者手术时间、术后住院时间及近期矫正丢失率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过调查,研究组护理满意度为98.2%,显著高于对照组的89.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后均未出现并发症。结论在下肢脑性瘫痪矫形术中配合全过程护理管理,可有效提升手术效率,促进患者康复,减少近期矫正丢失发生,且可提高患者护理满意度,有着重要临床意义。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing management method and effect of orthopedics for patients with lower extremity cerebral palsy.Methods 110 patients with lower extremity cerebral palsy who received orthopedic surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to August 2018 were included in the observation.Routine perioperative nursing was carried out in the control group, and whole-process nursing management was carried out in the research group.Results The operation time, postoperative hospitalization time and short-term correction loss rate of the patients in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Through investigation, nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.2%, significantly higher than 89.1% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no complications after operation in both groups.Conclusion It is of great clinical significance to cooperate with the whole-process nursing management in the orthopedics of lower limb cerebral palsy to effectively improve the surgical efficiency, promote the recovery of patients, reduce the occurrence of recent correction loss, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
