摘要
经过60多年的努力,我国在寄生虫病防治方面取得了显著的成就,形成了系统的防治策略与措施,许多过去广泛流行的寄生虫病已经消除或正在走向消除。进入新时代,随着社会和经济的发展,寄生虫病的流行特点与发展趋势也随之发生显著变化,传统寄生虫病如土源性线虫的感染率虽然显著下降,但土壤虫卵检出率仍较高,提示传播风险仍存在;由于自然、生物、社会等流行因素变化,新型寄生虫病如食源性寄生虫病、输入性寄生虫病及机会性寄生虫病等带来的食品安全、国家生物安全及人类健康等问题日益突出。因此,面对这些新问题、新挑战,在寄生虫病防控方面对我们提出新要求,我们应以"同一健康(one health)"、辨证的理念跨学科、跨领域、跨区域地开展寄生虫病的监测、防控和研究。
        After more than 60 years of efforts, China has made remarkable achievements in the prevention and treatment of parasitic diseases,having formed a systematic control strategy and measures, many important parasitic diseases which used to be highly prevalent have been eliminated or is moving towards to elimination. After entering a new era, with the development of society and economy, the epidemic characteristics and trend of parasitic diseases have changed significantly.Although the infection rate of traditional parasitic diseases such as soil-transmitted nematodes has decreased sharply, the egg positive rate from soil sample remains a high, suggesting that the risk of transmission still exists; Due to changes in natural, biological, social factors, new parasitic diseases such as foodborne parasitic diseases,imported parasitic diseases and opportunistic parasitic diseases are becoming more and more prevalent, leading to concerns about food safety, national biosafety and human health. Therefore, faced with these new problems and new challenges, in prevention and control of parasitic diseases, we should put forward new requirements, which require us to inter-disciplinarily, cross-cuttingly and cross-regionally conduct surveillance, prevention and control, and research based on the dialectical concept of "one health".
