摘要
明确盐胁迫下蓝香芥(Hesperis matronalis)种子的萌发特性,可为蓝香芥在盐碱地上开发利用提供理论依据。在蓝香芥种子萌发最适温度25℃条件下,分别利用NaCl和Na_2CO_3溶液进行单盐胁迫,研究了不同浓度盐分处理对蓝香芥种子萌发及其幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的NaCl胁迫均对蓝香芥种子萌发及其生长有一定的抑制作用,其中,NaCl浓度低于150 mg/L时对种子萌发影响不显著,NaCl浓度为650 mg/L时蓝香芥种子发芽率(46%)低于50%。蓝香芥种子在浓度250 mg/L的Na_2CO_3溶液中生长良好且发芽率显著高于清水对照,浓度高于350 mg/L时种子萌发及其苗高生长受到明显抑制,浓度为700 mg/L时种子发芽率低于50%。蓝香芥具有一定的耐盐性,其种子萌发及生长所忍耐的NaCl浓度为650 mg/L以下,所忍耐的Na_2CO_3浓度为700 mg/L以下。
        To make clear the germination characteristics of H. matronalis seeds under salt stress can provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of H. matronalis in saline and alkali land. The effects of different concentrations of NaCl and Na_2CO_3 solutions on seed germination and seedling growth of H. matronalis at the optimum temperature of 25 ℃ were studied. The results showed that different concentrations of NaCl stress had some inhibition effects on the germination and seedling growth. When the concentration of NaCl was lower than150 mg/L,the seed germination was not influenced significantly. The germination rate at 650 mg/L NaCl(46%)less than 50%. H. matronalis seeds grew well in 250 mg/L Na_2CO_3 solution,and the germination rate was significantly higher than that of the control. When the concentration of Na_2CO_3 was higher than 350 mg/L,the seed germination and seedling height were significantly inhibited. The seed germination rate was less than 50% at 700 mg/L Na_2CO_3 solution. H. matronalis has a certain salt tolerance,the seed germination and growth could be tolerant to less than 650 mg/L NaCl solution and less than 700 mg/L Na_2CO_3 solution.
