三草止血汤治疗慢性肾炎综合征肾性血尿的临床观察

摘要
目的观察采用三草止血汤对于慢性肾炎综合征肾性血尿治疗的效果。方法 68例慢性肾炎综合征肾性血尿患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组采用常规方法进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用三草止血汤进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的尿蛋白和尿红细胞。结果观察组患者痊愈21例、显效10例、无效3例,总有效率为91.18%(31/34);对照组患者痊愈9例、显效12例、无效13例,总有效率为61.76%(21/34)。观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=8.173, P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的尿蛋白和尿红细胞比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的尿蛋白和尿红细胞均较本组治疗前降低,且观察组降低程度优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗慢性肾炎综合征肾性血尿时应用三草止血汤能够有效地提升患者的治疗效果,改善其相关症状,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Sancao Zhixue decoction in treating renal hematuria of chronic nephritic syndrome. Methods A total of 68 patients with renal hematuria of chronic nephritic syndrome as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the observation group received Sancao Zhixue decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, uringry protein and urinary red blood cells before and after treatment in two groups was compared. Results The observation group had 21 cured cases, 10 effective cases and 3 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 91.18%(31/34), while the control group had 9 cured cases, 12 effective cases and 12 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 61.76%(21/34). The observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=8.173, P<0.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant in urinary protein and urinary red blood cells(P>0.05). After treatment, both groups had lower urinary protein and urinary red blood cells than those before treatment, and the observation group had better decline degree than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of Sancao Zhixue decoction can effectively improve the treatment effect and improve related symptoms of patients with renal hematuria of chronic nephritic syndrome, and it is worth promoting.
