摘要
目的探讨乳腺超声造影、彩色多普勒超声在评估乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效。方法选取2016年10月~2017年9月在我院行新辅助化疗的乳腺癌患者86例为研究对象,分别使用彩色多普勒超声对治疗前后的多项指标进行记录,并选取32例患者进行超声造影检查,记录造影时间、峰值等相关参数。对比患者治疗前后的多项指标及疗效评价。结果新辅助化疗后患者的病灶最大直径低于化疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。新辅助化疗后的形态规则、边界清晰、内部回声均匀、周边声带存在,均优于化疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后的至肿瘤时间、达峰时间均高于化疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后的达峰强度低于化疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多普勒超声可检测乳腺癌的多项指标,超声造影实现乳腺癌的动态监测,依据多个指标的变化对新辅助化疗的治疗效果进行评估。
        Objective To explore the role of breast ultrasound contrast and color Doppler ultrasound in evaluating the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer. Methods Eighty-six breast cancer patients who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy in our hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 were enrolled in the study. Color Doppler ultrasound was used to record multiple indicators before and after treatment; 32 patients were selected for contrast-enhanced ultrasonography, and related parameters such as imaging time and peak value were recorded. Multiple indicators before and after treatment, as well as the efficacy evaluation, were compared and statistically analyzed. Results After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the maximum diameter of the lesion was smaller than that before chemotherapy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the tumor showed regular morphology, clear boundary, uniform internal echo and peripheral echogenic band, which were superior to those before chemotherapy, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). The time to tumor and the peak time after chemotherapy were higher than those before chemotherapy, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The peak intensity after chemotherapy was lower than that before chemotherapy, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Doppler ultrasound can detect multiple indicators of breast cancer, and ultrasound contract can achieve dynamic monitoring of breast cancer, and evaluate the therapeutic effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy according to changes of multiple indicators.
