摘要
以铝锰合金为还原剂对高钛富铌渣进行热还原,在1 500℃、配料碱度1.0、保温时间3~4min的条件下,获得了铌品位大于15%、铌收率大于86%、铌磷比大于100的铌铁合金。采用铝锰还原高钛富铌渣生产铌铁合金在技术上是可行的。
Al-Mn alloy was used as reductant to produce Nb-Fe alloy from niobium enriched high titanium slag.Nb-Fe alloy with Nb grade of 15% above,Nb recovery of 86% above,and Nb/P ratio of 100 above was prepared under the conditions including temperature of 1 500 ℃,dosing basicity of 1.0,and holding time of 3~4min.This technology is feasible to produce Nb-Fe alloy from niobium enriched high titanium slag by Al-Mn alloy reduction.
