摘要
目的:建立同一条件下的金银花和灰毡毛忍冬HPLC指纹图谱,比较二者异同。方法:采用HPLC指纹图谱对金银花和灰毡毛忍冬中化学成分的组成和含量进行表征,利用对照品对绿原酸、咖啡酸、獐牙菜苷、木犀草苷等11种成分峰进行定性,评价、分析图谱相似度。结果:10批金银花指纹图谱相似度高于97%,获得了25个共有峰;10批灰毡毛忍冬指纹图谱相似度高于98%,获得了10个共有峰;金银花与灰毡毛忍冬对照图谱的相似度为84%。结论:金银花指纹图谱的共用峰数量明显多于灰毡毛忍冬,峰面积差异较大,利用该条件建立的两种药材的指纹图谱差异明显,能明确区分二者。另外一种未定性成分和咖啡酸在金银花中含量较高,而灰毡毛忍冬中含量低,有望成为鉴别二者的标志性成分。
Objective: The HPLC fingerprint of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.were established in the same chromatographic condition. So the similarities and differences between them could be distinguished more accurately. Methods: The chemical composition and content of the two Chinese materia medica were characterized by HPLC fingerprints. By contrast with the control chemicals, 11 compositions of the peak could be qualitatively determined such as chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, swertia, luteoside, and so on. Then the similarity between different samples could be calculated and evaluated. Results: The similarity degree of the fingerprint chromatogram of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos was higher than 97%, and25 common peaks were obtained. While the similarity degree of 10 batches of Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz. fingerprints were higher than 98%, and 10 common peaks were obtained. The similarity between these kinds of Chinese materia medica was84%. Conclusion: The peaks of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos fingerprints are significantly more than that of Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.. The composition peak areas are also different. They can be distinguished clearly by fingerprint patterns established by this condition. Among chemicals, the content of caffeic acid and one kind of unknown ingredient are high in Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and low in Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.. The two chemicals are expected to be the signature component which can be used to identify these two kinds of Chinese materia medica.
