推拿手法与中药汤剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效

摘要
目的分析推拿手法联合中药汤剂内服治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法选取2017年3月—2018年11月在我院接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者78例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组,即对照组(39例)与观察组(39例)。对照组患者行推拿手法治疗,观察组行推拿手法联合中药汤剂内服治疗。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为94.87%,与对照组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者其疼痛消失时间为(9.82±0.97)d、脊柱活动改善时间为(14.62±1.48)d、生活能力恢复正常时间为(16.21±1.58)d,依次与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者其肌力水平为(78.81±7.82)分、ADL日常能力评分为(79.03±7.88)分,依次与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者接受推拿手法联合中药汤剂内服治疗,可以快速、有效的改善患者的症状。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 78 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from March 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group(39 cases) and observation group(39 cases). The patients in the control group received massage therapy. The observation group was treated by massage manipulation combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.87%. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). In the observation group, the time of pain disappearance was(9.82±0.97) d, the time of spinal activity improvement was(14.62±1.48) d, and the time of life ability recovery was(16.21±1.58)d. There were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05). In the observation group, the scores of muscle strength and ADL daily ability were(78.81±7.82) points and(79.03±7.88) points respectively, and compared with the control group. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction can improve the symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation quickly and effectively.
