人迎寸口脉诊法针刺应用初探

摘要
人迎寸口脉诊法本质是辨别阴阳的脉法,"阴平阳秘,精神乃治",是中医治病的准则或要达到的目标,因此辨阴阳的虚实显得更为重要,进而知晓阴阳虚实的部位,病位明确才能有的放矢。《灵枢·四时气》记载:"气口候阴,人迎候阳也。"《灵枢·禁服》云:"气口主中,人迎主外。"内属阴,外属阳,此阴阳为人体整体的阴阳,而且两处脉象极容易体会,让全身的阴阳信息集中在两处的三指之下,能直接确定病位,也能通过脉象来验证疗效,让医者对病情的发展和治疗的效果心中明了。人迎寸口脉诊法,是独取寸口脉诊法的有益补充,特别是对经络辨证和针刺的临床应用具有明显的指导意义。当然人迎寸口脉诊法也是有争议的脉法,其中的奥妙还需要进一步研究和发掘。
Objective: The essence of Renying Cunkou pulse diagnosis method is to distinguish Yin and Yang Syndrome in patients.When the balance of Yin and Yang is achieved,human can enjoy good health,which is also the objective and policy of TCM treatment. Besides the importance of distinguishing Yin and Yang Syndrome,locating the disease is also very important. It is said in Lingshu·Sishiqi that Yin is judged in Qikou and Yang is judged in Renying. It is proposed in Lingshu·Jinfu that inner condition of human health is displayed in Qikou and outter condition is displayed in Renying. All of the above statements suggest that Yin and Yang conditions can be clearly judged by observing the Cunkou and Renying not only in diagnosis but also in treatment. Therefore,it is also very important in the application of acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation and clinical treatment according to meridians. Of course,the comment on this Renying Cunkou pulse diagnosis method is somewhat controversial,in which further research and excavation are needed.
