摘要
为了揭示FSHR基因在小尾寒羊下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴(Hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis,HPOA)中的表达规律,深入了解其对小尾寒羊多羔的作用,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术对6只小尾寒羊(FecB++型单、多羔母羊各3只)的生殖组织及脑组织中FSHR基因的表达谱进行分析。结果显示:FSHR基因在大脑、卵巢和垂体组织表达,其中在卵巢高表达;FSHR基因在小尾寒羊多羔群体卵巢和垂体的表达量均极显著高于单羔群体(P<0.01)。研究发现,FSHR基因的表达水平与小尾寒羊产羔数之间存在一定程度相关,暗示其可能参与了小尾寒羊多羔性状调控。
        In order to reveal the expression patterns of FSHR gene in the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis(HPOA)in Small-tail han sheep,and further research the effect of FSHR gene in prolificacy,the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-q PCR)method was used to detect the expression of the FSHR gene in reproductive tissues and brain tissues of six Small-tail han sheep(three polytocous and three monotocous ewes from the FecB++ genotype)in this study. The results showed that FSHR gene expressed in the brain,ovary and pituitary tissues,FSHR was highly expressed in ovary. The expression of FSHR gene in ovary and pituitary of polytocous Small-tail han ewes was extremely significantly higher(P<0.01)than that of monotocous ewes. The preliminaryresults ofthis study showed that there was a positive correlation between the expression level of FSHR gene and the litter size of Small-tail han sheep,so,the FSHR gene maybe involve in the regulation ofmultiple lambs in Small-tail han sheep.
