激光联合射频导入氨甲环酸注射液对黄褐斑动物模型的研究

摘要
目的:通过黄褐斑动物实验模型,研究Q开关Nd:YAG 1064nm激光联合射频导入氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的疗效,为临床实践作指导。方法:将55只豚鼠分为正常对照组及模型组。正常对照组10只,模型组为将造模成功的豚鼠45只平均分为三组:A组为单用Q开关激光治疗组; B组为单用射频导入氨甲环酸注射液治疗组; C组为Q开关Nd:YAG 1064nm激光+射频导入氨甲环酸注射液治疗组。治疗结束后,分别取正常豚鼠背部皮肤、造模后背部皮肤、治疗后即刻、治疗后1wk、治疗后3wk的小鼠背部皮肤,分别行HE染色、MelanA免疫组化染色观察黑素颗粒的变化情况。采用图像分析法分析治疗前后表皮黑色素颗粒的改变。结果:造模成功的豚鼠背部皮损经过治疗后黑素颗粒面积,黑素细胞数量均随时间推移而有所下降,平均灰度值有所上升,差异具有统计学意义(P≤0.05); C组与A、B组数据有统计学差异,A与B组数据无统计学差异。说明联合使用Q开关Nd:YAG 1064nm激光和射频导入氨甲环酸注射液与单独使用Q开关Nd:YAG 1064nm激光或单独使用射频导入氨甲环酸注射液相比其结果有统计学差异,而单独使用Q开关Nd:YAG激光与单独使用射频导入氨甲环酸注射液其结果无统计学差异。结论:联合应用Q开关Nd:YAG 1064nm激光及射频导入氨甲环酸注射液治疗黄褐斑的有一定的治疗效果,且联合应用优于其单独应用。
        Objective:To guide clinical practice,we investigate the curative effect of Q Switched1064 nmLaser Combined with radio frequency importing tranexamic acid injection in the treatment of melanocytes in chloasma animal model.Methods:55 Guinea pigs were divided into normal group(10)and model group(45).Randomly divided into A,B and C group on average.A group treated by Q Switched 1064 nmLaser,B group treated by radio frequency importing tranexamic acid injection,C group treated by Q Switched 1064 nmLaser combined with radio frequency importing tranexamic acid injection.The guinea pig back skins of Normal group and model group were taken after establishing model group,taking therapies,taking 1 week therapies and taking 3 weeks therapies.The back skins were treated with H&E stain and Immuohistochemical staining through which changes of melanin granules in the back skins were observed.Image analysis was used to analyze the changes of epidermal melanin granules in the back skins.Results:Compared with the normal group,significant increase was observed in the changes of melanin granules in the guinea pig back skin of the model group.Compared to the untreated right skin lesions of control group,left skin lesions were treated with the therapies above.The area of melanin granules,the number of melanocytes all decreased over time,while the average gray values increased.The difference was statistically significant(P ≤ 0.05).Group C showed significant difference with group Band group A,while Group A and Group B showed no significant difference.Conclusion:The group treated with Q Switched 1064 nmLaser combined with radio frequency importing tranexamic acid injection shows some therapeutic effects in the treatment of Guinea pig model of melisma.The efficacy of combined application is superior to its individual application.
