摘要
目的研究探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗甲状腺功能亢进继发骨质疏松的临床疗效及对患者骨密度、血清学指标的影响。方法方便选择2016年1月—2018年1月在该院进行治疗的80例甲状腺功能亢进继发骨质疏松患者进行研究,按随机分配原则分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀治疗。连续治疗3个月后对两组患者的临床疗效、甲状腺功能指标、骨密度和血清学指标以及不良反应发生率进行评价比较。结果①观察组总有效率95.00%(38/40),对照组为77.50%(31/40),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.165,P=0.023)。②治疗后观察组患者的骨密度(BMD)高于对照组,血清骨钙素(BGP)低于对照组,组间对比差异明显(t=4.308、4.807,P=0.000、0.000)。③观察组血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平均低于对照组,而血清促甲状腺素(TSH)水平则高于对照组,组间差异明显(t=6.560、6.458、4.233,P=0.000、0.000、0.000)。④观察组不良反应发生率15.00%(6/40),对照组为10.00%(4/40),组间对比差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.457,P=0.499)。结论瑞舒伐他汀联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗甲状腺功能亢进继发骨质疏松的疗效显著,能够改善患者的甲状腺功能、骨密度和血清骨钙素,值得临床推荐。
        Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin combined with alendronate in the treatment of osteoporosis secondary to hyperthyroidism and its effect on bone mineral density and serum markers. Methods 80 patients with hyperthyroidism secondary to osteoporosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were convenient enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random distribution, 40 cases each. The control group was treated with alendronate, and the patients in the observation group were treated with rosuvastatin. After 3 months of continuous treatment, the clinical efficacy, thyroid function index, bone mineral density and serum index, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results 1.The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40), and that of the control group was 77.50%(31/40). The difference between the groups was significant(χ2=5.165, P=0.023). 2.After treatment, the bone mineral density(BMD) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, serum osteocalcin(BGP) was lower than the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant(t=4.308, 4.807, P=0.000, 0.000). 3.The levels of serum free triiodothyronine(FT3) and serum free thyroxine(FT4) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the serum thyrotropin(TSH) level was higher than that in the control group(χ~2= 6.560, 6.458, 4.233, P=0.000, 0.000, 0.000). 4.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.00%(6/40), and that in the control group was 10.00%(4/40). There was no significant difference between the groups(χ~2=0.457, P=0.499). Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with alendronate in the treatment of hyperthyroidism secondary to osteoporosis is effective in improving thyroid function, bone mineral density and serum osteocalcin. It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
