摘要
某电厂柴油机燃油管道在功率试验过程中出现振动速度超标,分析发现一方面柴油机油缸注射油泵注油动作引起回油管道内油压周期性波动,回油管道原有设计软管连接无法隔离管道内压力波的传播。另一方面,回油管道弯头多,管道刚度低,低频激励下易产生共振。两者共同导致管道在弯头区域振动偏大。通过在管道弯头区域增加导向支架,提高管线的刚度,大幅地降低管道的振动速度,保证了应急柴油机稳定安全运行。
        The vibration speed of the fuel oil pipeline of a diesel engine in a power plant exceeded the standard during the power test. On the one hand, the oil injection of the oil pump of the diesel engine cylinder caused the oil pressure to periodically fluctuate in the oil return pipeline. The original design hose connection of the oil return pipeline could not isolate the pressure inside the pipeline. On the other hand, the oil return pipe has many elbows, the pipe stiffness is low,and resonance is easy under low frequency excitation. Together, the two sides cause the pipe to vibrate too much in the elbow area. By adding guide brackets in the elbow area of the pipeline, the rigidity of the pipeline is increased, and the vibration speed of the pipeline is greatly reduced, thereby ensuring stable and safe operation of the emergency diesel engine.
