摘要
结合某二级公路95m小半径曲线桥30m长预制T梁架设实践,对起重机、扒杆吊2种架桥方案进行比选后,分析了架桥机解决小半径曲线桥架设的可行性以及常用双导梁架桥机架设小半径曲线桥的原理和关键技术要点。重点介绍了架桥机拼装、喂梁、T梁安装、架桥机前移和尾部接长、架桥机过孔转向等施工工艺。
Combined with the erecting practice of the 30 m long prefabricated T-beam of 95 m small radius curved bridge in a secondary highway,two bridge erection schemes for cranes and derrick hoists were compared and selected,and the feasibility of erecting a bridge with small radius curved bridge and the principles and key technical points of common double-guiding-beam erector for erecting small radius curved bridges were analyzed. The construction technology of bridge erector assembling,feeder beam,Tbeam installation,bridge erecting machine moving forward and tail lengthening and bridge passing crosshole steering were mainly introduced.
