加强贝雷拼装钢导梁技术在顶推施工中的应用

摘要
顶推过程中设置导梁是为了减小顶推时的施工内力及防止梁体在悬臂过大时造成其变形、折断、开裂等,同时在顶推施工过程中起导向作用。传统的导梁采用钢箱导梁或者桁架导梁,来满足导梁的刚度及在顶推过程中各墩的支反力及水平顶推力。通过在顶推施工过程中采用加强贝雷梁拼装梁作为导梁,进行大胆创新,过程仿真模拟,达到设计与施工完全吻合,后成功的应用于施工中,为此类工程奠定了良好基础。
        Setting guiding girder in pushing process aims to reduce the construction internal-force and prevent extra-large cantilever leading to the deformation,breaking and cracking and other problems,and plays a leading role in pushing construction process. Steel-box girder or truss guiding girder are used in traditional guiding girder to meet guiding girder rigidity and reaction bearing force and horizontal pushing force of piers in pushing process. Through applying strengthened bailey beam assembled girder as the guiding girder in pushing construction process,it makes brave innovation,carries out process simulation,achieves the accordance between design and construction,and is successfully applied in construction,which has laid a good foundation for similar engineering.
