摘要
云南华联锌铟股份有限公司曼家寨采场,采矿量210万吨的生产能力,现有的爆破质量很难满足电铲的铲装要求,曼家寨主要以普通导爆毫秒雷管加起爆弹作为起爆手段,但由于普通导爆管毫秒雷管强度较低,在装药过程中容易因外界因素的影响,使整个网络的安全性降低,爆破效果难以控制,公司引进抗水高精度导爆管,经过试验,抗水高精度导爆管能够满足现场进行装药的要求,其安全性能提高,且能实现逐孔起爆技术,减少同段起爆药量,降低爆破震动,提高起爆网路延时合理性及准确性,提高爆破效果。
