摘要
一般情况下,粉末涂层呈现绝缘特性,但在一些特殊应用领域,如矿井管道的涂装,要求涂层具有优异的导电性,通常要求其表面电阻≤106Ω。采用导电炭黑和有机导电剂为导电成分,纯环氧、环氧/聚酯、纯聚酯为基料树脂,制备了多种体系的导电粉末涂料。研究了各种导电材料对涂料性能的影响。阐述了导电粉末涂料的导电机理,并提供了一种制备浅色导电粉末涂料的方法。
The powder coating has the insulation characteristics in general,but in some special application fields,such as the mine pipeline coating,the excellent conductive property of coating was required,normally the surface resistance below 106Ω was required. A variety of conductive powder coatings were prepared by the conductive carbon black and organic conductive agent as the conductive components,and pure epoxy,epoxy/polyester hybrid and pure polyester as the base resin. The influence of various conductive materials on the the performance of coatings was studied. The conductive mechanism of conductive powder coatings was expounded. Meanwhile,a preparation method of light color conductive powder coatings was provided.
