摘要
目的比较电化学发光法(ECLIA)和流式荧光发光法(FFIA)检测鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCCA)用于相关组织鳞癌辅助诊断的价值,并比较两方法 SCCA结果与诊断符合率的一致性。方法采用ECLIA和FFIA法检测154例健康人群和236例确认鳞癌患者血清标本,其中肺鳞癌98例,宫颈鳞癌83例,头颈部鳞癌55例,比较两方法 SCCA结果诊断符合率的差异。结果 ECLIA法SCCA水平明显高于FFIA法(P<0.01),且两方法 SCCA结果相关性较好,相关系数r=0.843(P<0.01)。肺鳞癌、宫颈鳞癌患者SCCA结果诊断符合率(FFIA VS ECLIA)分别为40.82%VS 52.04%(P=0.043)和36.14%VS 57.14%(P=0.001),差别有统计学意义。健康体检人群、头颈部鳞癌患者SCCA结果诊断符合率(FFIA VS ECLIA)98.05%VS 98.70%(P=1)和16.36%VS 23.64%(P=0.388),差异无统计学意义。结论 ECLIA法SCCA的水平明显高于FFIA法,且二者结果相关较好,但ECLIA法在肺鳞癌、宫颈鳞癌中SCCA结果诊断符合率高于FFIA法。
        Objective To compare the diagnostic value and diagnosis coincidence rate of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA)and flow fluorescence immunoluminometric assay(FFIA)in the detection of squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)for the diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma.Methods ECLIA and FFIA methods were used to detect the serum SCCA level of 154 healthy people and 236 confirmed squamous cell carcinoma patients,including 98 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma,83 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and 55 cases of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,for comparing the diagnostic coincidence rates of SCCA results of the two methods.Results The SCCA level of ECLIA was significantly higher than that of FFIA(P<0.01),with the correlation coefficient r=0.843(P<0.01).The two methods diagnostic coincidence rates of lung squamous cell carcinoma and cervical squamous cell carcinoma(FFIA vs.ECLIA)were 40.82% vs.52.04%(P=0.043)and 36.14% vs.57.14%(P=0.001),respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in the diagnostic coincidence rate(FFIA vs.ECLIA)of 98.05%vs.98.70%(P=1)and 16.36%vs.23.64%(P=0.388)of healthy people and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma patients.Conclusion The serum SCCA level of ECLIA was significantly higher than that of FFIA,with well correlation and higher diagnostic coincidence rate than that of FFIA of lung squamous cell carcinoma and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
