摘要
海上升压站是风力发电海上风场的中枢,导管架平台作为升压站的基础重要组成部分,导管架平台的建造工艺对升压站的正常运转具有重要意义。如何提升导管架平台的建造精度,事关升压站以及整个风场的安全。通过对导管架平台的建造工艺进行研究,进行模块合理划分并设计出科学的建造顺序,以片式卧底制造,立式总组的建造工艺来进行制造,也对各个关键工序给出了较为详细的工艺要求。将精度误差控制在片状模块上,最后实现总组合拢。经滨海H2风场400 MW升压站导管架项目的建造验证,改进后的工艺流程合理,建造精度得到保证的同时施工效率取得了较大提升。
        The booster station is the hub of the offshore wind farm. The jacket platform is an important part of the booster station. The construction process of the jacket platform is of great significance to the normal operation of the booster station. How to improve the construction accuracy of the jacket platform is related to the safety of the booster station and the entire wind farm. In this paper,the construction process of the jacket platform is studied,the modules are divided reasonably and the scientific construction sequence is designed. The manufacturing process is based on the construction of the sheet-type undercover manufacturing,detailed process requirements for each basic process are discussed. The accuracy error is controlled on the sheet module,and the total assembly is finally achieved. The construction verification of the jacket project of 400 MW booster station in Binhai H2 Wind Farm confirmed that the improved process flow was reasonable,construction accuracy was ensured,and construction efficiency was greatly improved.
