术前系统护理干预对甲状腺手术患者的影响

摘要

目的:分析甲状腺手术患者实施术前系统护理干预的效果。方法:选取2014年4月至2018年4月于我院接受的甲状腺手术患者86例,按照随机分配原则分成对照组和研究组,对照组应用术前常规护理,研究组应用术前系统护理干预,对两组患者的效果展开深入的分析。结果 :两组术前焦虑、抑郁评分均得到明显改善,但研究组的改善效果更为明显(P<0.05)。结论 :对于甲状腺手术患者而言,实施术前系统护理干预,能有效改善患者焦虑和抑郁情况,值得在临床上进一步的推广和使用。
        Objective To analyze the effect of preoperative systemic nursing intervention in patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods 86 patients with thyroid surgery admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to April 2018 were enrolled in the control group and the study group according to the principle of randomization.The control group received preoperative routine nursing, and the study group applied preoperative system nursing intervention.The effects of the group of patients were analyzed in depth.Results The preoperative anxiety and depression scores were significantly improved in both groups,but the improvement effect of the study group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with thyroid surgery,the implementation of preoperative system nursing intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients,and it is worth further clinical promotion and use.
