摘要
该文将扩展移相控制下的双有源桥DC-DC变换器分为0≤D_1≤D_2≤1与0≤D_2        This paper divided the extended-phase-shift(EPS) control of dual active bridge(DAB) DC-DC converter into two working modes, which were 0≤ D_1≤ D_2≤ 1 and 0≤ D_2 < D_1≤ 1.The current stress characteristics and zero voltage switching(ZVS) characteristics under EPS control were analyzed. An optimal scheme for achieving the minimum current stress in the whole load range under this control mode was proposed, and with this optimal scheme all active switches could also achieve ZVS in the whole load range. The current stress optimization effect and zero voltage conduction characteristics of the scheme and the existing EPS control scheme, dual-phase-shift(DPS) control scheme, and triple-phase-shift(TPS) control scheme were compared.Simultaneously, the steady-state performance and dynamic performance optimization of DAB DC-DC converter were combined. In order to enhance its dynamic performance, a direct power control scheme in the loop was proposed. The scheme was combined with the minimum current stress scheme, when the operation condition changes, it could achieve fast dynamic response while ensuring the optimization of current stress. Finally, the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
