河北省古村落的保护与开发策略研究

摘要
传统古村落是我国文化遗产的重要组成部分,在当前社会经济和城镇化快速发展的时期,由于乡村文化遗产相关研究的薄弱,文化遗产资源基础信息不清,保护整治措施盲目,保护观念意识偏差,导致了不少古村落正遭受着不同程度的建设性、开发性和旅游性破坏.因此,如何在文化旅游加速发展和古村落深入开发、改造的背景下,保护好古村落及古村落文化,成为当今古村落建设过程中的重要课题.在河北省古村落开发中,为了较好地保护古村落的传统风貌和民俗民风特色,坚持保持古村落"原生态"的原则,对河北省古村落进行有针对性的分析研究,制定出适合河北省古村落保护与开发的一系列策略,塑造河北省独特的古村落文化风韵和艺术价值,对河北省古村落的建设和发展都具有极为重要的现实意义.
Traditional ancient village is an important part of China's cultural heritage. With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization, a lot of ancient villages are damaged in different degrees by development,tourism, construction, because of lack of related research on rural cultural heritage, unclear basic information on cultural heritage resources, blindfold protective measures, and misconception about protection. Therefore, how to protect ancient villages and culture of ancient villages under the background of rapid development of cultural tourism and further development and transformation of ancient villages becomes an important topic in the construction process of ancient villages. In order to protect the traditional style and features of the ancient villages and insist on the principle of maintaining "original ecology" of ancient village when developing the ancient villages in Hebei Province, it is meaningful to analyze ancient villages in Hebei province, and then plot a suitable strategy so as to form the unique cultural charm and artistic value.
