关节松动术结合针灸理疗治疗肩周炎的效果

摘要
目的分析关节松动术结合针灸理疗在肩周炎患者治疗中的应用。方法选取我院2016年8月—2017年9月收治的肩周炎患者70例作为研究对象。采用SPSS 18.0将入组患者按先后序列号(1～70)随机分成两组:对照组(n=35)与实验组(n=35)。观察两组患者的临床疗效和肩关节功能评分情况。结果实验组患者的临床疗效评分达到100.0%,高于对照组的85.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);经过治疗,实验组患者的肩关节评分为(32.0±3.0)分,比对照组的(30.1±3.1)分高,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论选择关节松动术联合针灸理疗治疗肩周炎,能够对患者的临床症状进行有效改善,促进患者临床治疗效果的提升。
Objective To analyze the application of joint mobilization combined with acupuncture and physiotherapy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 70 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the study subjects. SPSS 18.0 was used to divide the patients into two groups randomly according to their serial numbers(1 ～ 70): control group(n=35) and experimental group(n=35).The clinical efficacy and shoulder function score of the two groups were observed. Results The clinical efficacy score of the experimental group was 100.0%, higher than that of the control group(85.7%), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After treatment, the shoulder joint score of the experimental group was(32.0±3.0) points, which was higher than that of the control group(30.1±3.1) points. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Choosing joint mobilization combined with acupuncture and physiotherapy to treat scapulohumeral periarthritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the improvement of clinical therapeutic effect.
