摘要
双壁钢围堰主要作为桥梁深水承台施工时一种临时性阻水和模板结构,利用围堰壁板和封底混凝土围水,保证桥梁下部结构施工顺利进行。结合福州市道庆洲大桥A2标段2#主桥墩深水基础工程的实况,运用有限元软件Midas和Ansys对双壁钢围堰在不同施工阶段的受力性能进行分析,研究结果表明:双壁钢围堰的整体强度、刚度和稳定性满足施工要求,并且具有一定的安全储备;封底混凝土的强度、刚度以及围堰的抗浮性能也满足施工要求。该研究为围堰的安全施工提供了保障,也为桥梁深水基础的围堰施工提供了借鉴。
The double-walled steel cofferdam is mainly used as a temporary water-blocking and formwork structure for the construction of bridge deep-water platform.The cofferdam siding and the concrete sealing water are used to ensure the smooth construction of the lower structure of the bridge.Based on the actual situation of the 2# main pier deep water foundation project of A2 section of Daoqingzhou Bridge of Fuzhou City,using finite element software Midas and Ansys to analyze the mechanical behavior of double-walled steel cofferdams in different construction stages.The research results show that the overall strength,stiffness and stability of the double-walled steel cofferdam meet the construction requirements,and have a certain safety reserve.The strength and rigidity of the bottom concrete and the anti-floating performance of the cofferdam also meet the construction requirements.The study provided a guarantee for the safe construction of the cofferdam and also provided a reference for the cofferdam construction of the deepwater foundation of the bridge.
