摘要
大学课堂作为教育教学的基本场域和师生共同生活的公共时空,具有公开性的基本特征。大学课堂的公开性是实现教育效果的重要保障。然而,现实中的大学课堂却存在着教师主体自我、教师之间以及教师教学与学生多元发展可能性之间的种种封闭性表征,这在一定程度上阻碍了教学目标的完满实现。大学课堂所存在的这种封闭性是由教与学之间、教师之间以及教学与科研之间核心要素关系的疏离所造成的。改变大学课堂的封闭性现实,重建其公开性属性,需要构建教师与学生之间的"教学共同体",同时建设教师群体之间的"教学公共财富",并以科研与教学的融合为基础实现"育人生态系统"的构建。
The university classroom has the basic characteristics of openness. It is an important guarantee to achieve educational effect. However, there are various realistic closed characterizations in the university classroom, which hinders the achievement for the goal of teaching to a certain degree. The relation alienated between teaching and learning, teachers, teaching and scientific research, It was those that makes the University classroom of the realistic closed characterizations. In order to change the closed reality of the university classroom and rebuild its openness, It is necessary to build teaching community between teachers and students,teaching public wealth among of teachers, and achieve education ecological system construction on the basis of the integration of scientific research and teaching.
