基于ABAQUS的分层注水封隔器胶筒有限元分析

摘要
通过建立分层注水封隔器胶筒的ABAQUS有限元计算模型,设定合理的边界条件及材料参数,仿照注水过程不同压力工况,对其长度变化、与套管摩擦力、Mises应力及接触应力状况进行分析。结果表明,胶筒最大应力集中在上胶筒上部的隔环位置,胶筒与套管间摩擦应力变化与胶筒橡胶材料特性相符,并且接触应力分布很不均匀。
        In this study,the finite element model of the packer rubber system for separated layer water injection was established by using ABAQUS,and the change of packer rubber length,the friction force with the casing,Mises stress and contact stress during the water injection process under different pressure were analyzed by setting reasonable boundary conditions and material parameters. The results showed that the maximum stress of the packer rubber concentrated on the spacer ring which was on the top part of packer rubber,the changes of friction force between the packer rubber and the casing corresponded to the material characteristics of the rubber,and the distribution of contact stress was very uneven.
