摘要
普光气田属于特高含硫化氢、中含二氧化碳的特大型海相气田,为了确保气井的长期安全,论证采用带井下安全阀和永久封隔器的酸压生产一体化生产管柱。气田投入生产后,生产测井证实大部分气井生产剖面不完善,井控储量动用程度差异大,气井产能难以得到充分发挥。开展3口井的过油管屏蔽暂堵酸化、酸压等储层改造施工,不能达到预期效果。基于近井地带钻井污染深度和投产作业井筒污染情况评价成果,论证优选能达到"投产用114 mm有枪身射孔枪系统"穿深效果的过油管深穿透射孔技术,开展现场先导试验,射孔成功率100%,射孔有效率75%,相同油压条件下单井日增产超过10×10~4 m~3。过油管深穿透射孔技术在普光气田的成功有效实施,拓宽了高含硫气井增储增产措施的思路,希望为中国高含硫气井论证实施有效的过油管完善生产剖面措施提供借鉴。
        Puguang gas field is an oversized marine gas field, but its reservoir contains high content of hydrogen sulfide and medium content of carbon dioxide. In order to ensure the long-term safety of gas wells, this paper discusses the possibility of applying the integrated pipe column equipped with subsurface safety valve and permanent packer. After the gas field was put into production, the production logging proved that the production profile of most gas wells was not perfect, the degree difference of utilization of well controlled reserves was large, and the production capacity of gas wells was difficult to be fully utilized. At the same time, 3 wells of the pipeline shielding temporary plugging acidizing, acid fracturing and other reservoir reconstruction construction cannot achieve the desired results. Based on the depth of drilling pollution in the near well and the evaluation results of wellbore pollution in the production operation, this paper demonstrates and optimizes a deep penetrating perforation technology through tubing, which can achieve the deep effect of "operation with 114 mm perforating gun system" The field pilot test was carried out by using this technology, the perforation success rate was 100%, the perforation efficiency was 75%, and the daily increasing production of single well was more than 10×10~4 m~3 under the same oil pressure condition. The successful and effective implementation of the deep penetrating perforation technology through tubing in Puguang gas field has broadened the measures to increase production and reserves of high sulfur-bearing gas wells. It was hoped that this technology can provide a reference for the demonstration and implementation of effective measures to improve production profile through tubing in high sulfur-bearing gas wells in China.
