摘要

汽车排产问题是混流装配线运行中的关键问题,而物流的平准是汽车混流排产的基础。文章首先采用基于整车物流号级别平准的要求对汽车混流排产问题进行建模,然后根据车间限制进行组批,从而得到排产序列,最后通过实例运用本文所建立的排产模型。
        Vehicle scheduling is a key problem in the operation of mixed-model assembly lines, and the logistics level is the basis of mixed-model scheduling. Firstly, the mixed-model scheduling problem is modeled based on the requirement of vehicle material numbers leveling. Then, the scheduling sequence is obtained by group batch according to workshop restriction. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the scheduling model established in this paper.
