摘要

高校经济困难学生和国家助学金的认定作为国家大学生资助工作的主要任务,其准确性直接关系到国家助学金发放的效率与公平。当前的贫困生助学金分配政策存在部分不完善的地方,因而在一定程度上导致了助学金分配的不公平,为了保证公平、公正,构建合理的大学生国家助学金综合评价量值体系是当务之急。
        As the main work of the National College Students' financial assistance, the recognition of the students with financial difficulties and the state grant directly affects the efficiency and fairness of the grant. At present, there are some imperfections in the policy of grant distribution for impoverished students, which leads to the unfair distribution of grants to a certain extent. In order to ensure fairness and fairness, it is imperative to construct a reasonable comprehensive evaluation system of state grants for college students.
