摘要
分析小井沟水库围堰溃决的主要因素认为,该围堰溃决将主要由超标准洪水引起。选用适宜的高精度二维溃坝数学模型,并采用二阶FDS格式的有限体积法计算施工围堰在遭遇超标洪水时漫顶造成围堰溃决后二维溃坝洪水演进过程。计算结果可为编制小井沟水库施工期安全度汛应急预案提供技术参考。
The analysis on the causes of cofferdam break in Xiaojinggou Reservoir shows that the break is mainly caused by excessive-standard flood.Based on a high-accuracy 2D dam break model,the two-dimensional flood routing process of dam-break is calculated by using the finite volume method with second-order FDS when the cofferdam is overtopped by excessive standard flood.The result provides technical references for compiling the flood control contingency plan of Xiaojinggou Reservoir during construction period.
