摘要
针对安塞油田坪桥区块储层物性差、非均质性强、微裂缝发育等造成的油井最优压裂参数难以准确确定的问题,分别结合基础井网、油井排小井距加密井网和小排距矩形加密井网三种主要的井网形式,运用数值模拟、正交设计、生产动态分析等方法,开展了压裂缝穿透比和导流能力优化,优化结果为:基础井网下最优穿透比和导流能力分别为0.5~0.6和400m D?m;油井排小井距加密井网最优穿透比和导流能力分别为0.5~0.6和150~200m D?m;小排距加密井网最优穿透比和导流能力分别为0.3~0.4和150 mD?m。该认识为安塞油田坪桥区块及类似油田的压裂缝参数优化提供了理论依据。
        Aiming at the problem that the optimal fracturing parameters of oil wells were difficult to be accurately determined due to poor physical properties, strong heterogeneity and micro-crack development in Pingqiao block of Ansai oilfield, combined with the basic well network and the oil well row small well spacing infill well network and, the pressure crack penetration ratio and the conductivity guiding ability were optimized by using numerical simulation, orthogonal design, production dynamic analysis and other methods. The optimization result was as follows: the optimal penetration ratio and conductivity in the basic well network were 0.5~0.6 and 400 mD·m; the optimal penetration ratio and conductivity in the oil well row small well spacing infill well network were 0.5~0.6 and 150~200mD·m; the optimal penetration ratio and conductivity in the small-row rectangular infill well pattern were 0.3~0.4 and 150mD·m. This understanding can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the fracture parameters of Pingqiao block in Ansai oilfield and similar oil fields.
