探讨对小儿支气管炎患儿行酮替芬联合孟鲁司特钠治疗的临床价值

摘要
目的探讨对小儿支气管炎患儿行酮替芬联合孟鲁司特钠治疗的临床价值。方法选取55例支气管炎患儿作为此次研究对象,随机分为对照组27例和观察组28例,对照组患儿采用常规孟鲁司特钠口服方法进行治疗,观察组患儿采用酮替芬联合孟鲁司特钠进行治疗,治疗结束后,对比两组患儿临床效果。结果治疗结束后,观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,且观察组患儿出现不良反应的几率也明显小于对照组,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论使用酮替芬联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支气管炎起到较为显著的效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ketotifen combined with montelukast sodium in children with bronchitis. Methods A total of 55 children with bronchitis were randomLy divided into the control group(n=27) and the observation group(n=28). The control group were treated with conventional montelukast sodium orally. The observation group was treated with ketotifen was combined with montelukast sodium for treatment. After the treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was also significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). There was statistical significance. Conclusion The use of ketotifen combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchitis in children has a significant effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
