优质护理对小儿急诊输液临床效果的影响观察

摘要
目的观察优质护理对小儿急诊输液临床效果的影响。方法选定本院急诊接诊的小儿输液患者300例,研究时段从2016年6月～2018年6月,在随机数字表法的分组原则下,分为观察组(150例,优质护理)、对照组(150例,常规护理)。比较两组哭闹程度、一次穿刺成功率、投诉率、护理质量。结果观察组哭闹程度显著较对照组低,投诉率(0)显著低于对照组(4.00%),一次穿刺成功率(97.33%)显著高于对照组(88.00%),护理质量显著较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论优质护理可有效降低小儿急诊输液投诉率,减轻患儿哭闹程度,效果显著,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the effect of excellent nursing on the clinical efficacy of emergency infusion in children. Methods 300 patients of pediatric infusion were admitted from the emergency department of the hospital from June 2016 to June 2018. Under the grouping principle of random number table method, 300 patients were divided to the observation group(150 patients, quality care) and control group(150 patients, routine care) and compared with the degree of crying, the success rate of a puncture, the complaint rate, and the quality of care. Results The degree of crying in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The complaint rate(0) was significantly lower than that of the control group(4.00%). The success rate of one puncture(97.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.00%), and the quality of nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Excellent nursing can effectively decrease the rate of emergency infusion complaints in children and the degree of crying in children and the difference was statistically significant.
