门诊语言发育迟缓患儿智力发育迟缓和感觉统合失调发生情况分析

摘要
目的了解门诊以语言发育迟缓就诊的患儿智力发育迟缓和感觉统合失调的发生情况。方法选取2018年1~8月于贵州省人民医院发育行为专科门诊就诊的41例3~5岁语言发育迟缓患儿,进行发育筛查测试(DST)和感觉统合能力发展评定量表(SIS)的评定。结果 DST测试发现28例(68.3%)患儿存在智商(MI)<70分,26例(63.4%)患儿运动发育商(DQ)<70分。35例(85.4%)语言发育迟缓患儿存在感觉统合失调,其中29例(70.7%)为重度感觉统合失调。感觉统合评定的6个因子与DST的DQ和MI无明显相关(r=-0.09~0.15,P>0.05);感觉统合失调组的智力发育MI水平与非感觉统合失调组比较,差异无统计学意义(65.3±22.3 vs. 64.9±21.6,P<0.05)。结论绝大多数语言发育迟缓患儿伴随智力发育迟缓和感觉统合失调,早期给予语言发育迟缓患儿认知和感觉统合训练有其必要性。
        Objective To understand the incidence of mental retardation and sensory integrative dysfunction in outpatients children with language delay. Methods A total of 41 children aged 3 to 5 years with language delay from the Outpatient Department of Developmental Behavior Department of Guizhou Provincial People′s Hospital from January to August in 2018 were selected, the developmental screening test(DST) and sensory integration development scale(SIS)were evaluated. Results DST test showed that 28 children(68.3%) had mental intelligence(MI) of less than 70 points and 26 children(63.4%) had motor development quotient(DQ) of less than 70 points. A total of 35 children(85.4%)with language delay had sensory integration disorder, of which 29 cases(70.7%) had severe sensory integration disorder. There was no significant correlation between the most items of SIS and factors of DST(r was-0.09 to 0.15, P>0.05). There was no significant difference in MI level of intelligence development between the sensory integration disorder group and the non-sensory integration disorder group(65.3±22.3 vs. 64.9±21.6, P<0.05). Conclusion Most children with language delay are accompanied by mental retardation and sensory integration disorder. It is necessary to early accept the cognitive and sensory integrative training in children with language delay.
