舒适护理模式在小儿水痘护理中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的探究舒适护理模式应用于小儿水痘护理中的临床效果。方法选取本院2015年1月—2017年7月收治的小儿水痘患者68例作为本次研究对象,根据临床护理模式,将其分为对照组、舒适组,分别采取常规性护理模式、舒适护理模式,比较两组患儿临床疗效及疾病改善情况。结果舒适组患儿治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的67.65%,且舒适组患儿的退热时间、住院时间、止疹时间及疱疹结痂时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿水痘患者采取舒适护理模式干预能有效提升患儿的临床疾病治疗效果,促进疾病康复。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the application of comfortable nursing mode in the nursing of children's varicella. Methods 68 cases of children with chickenpox in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the this study subjects. According to the clinical nursing mode, they were divided into the control group and the comfort group. The routine nursing mode and the comfortable nursing mode were adopted respectively. The clinical curative effect and disease improvement of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of children in the comfort group was 94.12%, which was higher than that of the control group(67.65%). The time of fever, the time of hospitalization, the time of eruption and the time of scab of herpes were all better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The intervention of comfortable nursing mode for children with varicella can effectively improve the effect of clinical disease treatment and promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
