持续护理质量改进在医院感染管理中的实施效果

摘要
探讨持续护理质量改进在医院感染管理中的作用并观察其实施效果。选择2016年10月—2018年8月间收治的70例患者,结合是否进行持续护理质量改进,将其分为A组30例(改进前)、B组40例(改进后),比较两组患者的感染率、消毒隔离质量管理评分。B组医院感染率、护理满意度分别为5. 0%、97. 5%,A组为23. 3%、70. 0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); B组消毒灭菌、无菌操作、隔离防护及污物处理评分均高于A组(P <0. 05)。在医院感染防控工作运行期间,推行持续护理质量改进措施,可减少医院感染事件的发生几率,强化医院感染管理工作的规范性。
This paper explores the role of continuous nursing quality improvement in hospital infection management and observes its implementation effect. 70 patients admitted from October 2016 to August 2018 were divided into group A( 30 cases before improvement) and group B( 40 cases after improvement) according to whether continuous nursing quality improvement was carried out. The infection rate and quality management score of disinfection and isolation were compared between two groups. The hospital infection rate and nursing satisfaction were 5. 0% and 97. 5% in group B,23. 3% and 70. 0% in group A,respectively. There were significant differences between two groups( P < 0. 05). The scores of disinfection and sterilization,aseptic operation,isolation and protection and sewage treatment in group B were higher than those in group A( P < 0. 05). During the operation of nosocomial infection prevention and control,the implementation of continuous nursing quality improvement measures can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection events and strengthen standardization of nosocomial infection management.
