土家族传统体育概论

摘要
土家族传统体育项目种类繁多,具有简单性、人文性及娱乐性等特点。独特的生产生活方式和民风民俗、浓厚的民族宗教情结及多元的文化交流融合,是土家族传统体育项目的重要孕育环境。现代体育文化强势冲击,区域分散等是土家族传统体育项目传承发展的困境。相关部门必须采取积极有效措施破解当前困境,促进土家族传统体育项目的传承发展。
Tujia people have many types of traditional sports with the characteristics of simplicity,humanity and entertainment. Traditional sports of Tujia nationality are deeply rooted in their unique traditional production modes,lifestyle,folk customs,strong ethnic and religious complex,as well as the tradition of diversified cultural exchanges with other ethnic groups. However,the traditional sports of Tujia people are facing the challenges of modern sports and the problems of dispersed distribution.Therefore,in order to protect and further develop the traditional sports of Tujia nationality,sufficient and effective measures should be taken to deal with current dilemmas and problems faced by the traditional sports of Tujia nationality.
