传统小切口手术与同轴微切口超声乳化手术对年龄相关性白内障患者术后角膜知觉及视力的影响对比

摘要
目的对比传统小切口手术与同轴微切口超声乳化术对年龄相关性白内障患者术后角膜知觉及视力的影响。方法选取78例年龄相关性白内障患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组39例。治疗组给予同轴微切口超声乳化手术治疗,对照组给予传统小切口手术治疗。观察两组患者手术前后角膜知觉、视力、角膜散光值及术后并发症发生情况。结果术后1 d、1周、1个月及3个月,治疗组的角膜知觉均高于对照组,角膜散光值均低于对照组(均P <0. 05);术后1 d及3个月,治疗组的视力均高于对照组(均P <0. 05)。对照组术后并发症发生率高于治疗组(P <0. 05)。结论同轴微切口超声乳化手术可提高角膜知觉,加快术后视力恢复,降低角膜散光值,且安全性高。
Objective To compare the effect between traditional small-incision operation and phacoemulsification with coaxial microincision on postoperative corneal sensation and vision in the patients with age-related cataract.Methods Seventy-eight patients with age-related cataract were selected and divided into control group or treatment group,with 39 cases in each group. The treatment group and the control group were treated with phacoemulsification with coaxial microincision and traditional small-incision operation,respectively. The preoperative and postoperative corneal sensations,visions and corneal astigmatism values,and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed in both groups. Results One day,1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation,the corneal sensation was higher and the corneal astigmatism values were lower in the treatment group than in the control( all P < 0. 05),and one day and 3months after operation,the vision of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( all P < 0. 05). The incidence rate of complications of the control group was higher than that of the treatment group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification with coaxial microincision can obviously improve the corneal sensation,promote the recovery of vision and reduce the corneal astigmatism value,and obtains high safety as well.
