<正>孤立性纤维性肿瘤(solitary fibrous tumor,SFT)是一种间叶来源的成纤维细胞间质肿瘤,确切的发病机制尚未完全阐明。SFT最早在1931年由Klemperer等~([1])报道并提出,最初认为该肿瘤起源于胸膜间皮组织并仅限于胸膜腔。目前认为SFT肿瘤是发生于胸膜及胸膜外组织的间叶来源的梭形细胞肿瘤,并具
