摘要
《中小学教师专业标准》的颁布为中小学教师的入职、培训、管理提供了重要的依据。通过对标准中"专业理念与师德"部分进行伦理性的审视,发现这些要求呈现四个维度的特点,即从德性之维来看:师德要求偏向"美德指向"而非"规范指向";从性质之维来看:师德要求偏向"泛德取向"而非"专业取向";从关系之维来看:师德要求偏向"单维取向"而非"生态取向";从主体之维来看:师德要求偏向"官方设定"而非"主体自觉"。《中小学教师专业标准》在师德要求的设定上还有进一步改善提升的空间。
The promulgation of Professional Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers has provided an important basis for the induction,training and management of primary and secondary teachers.With an ethic review of the part of"professional concepts and teacher's morality",it is found that these requirements are characterized by four dimensions: from the dimension of morality,they prefer"virtue orientation"to"norm orientation"; from the dimension of nature,they value"extensive virtue orientation"more than"specialty orientation"; from the dimension of relationship,they attach importance to"one-dimensional orientation"rather than"ecological orientation"; from the dimension of subject,they pay more attention to"official request"instead of"self-consciousness".Therefore,the setting of requirements on teachers' morality in Professional Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers can be further improved.
