摘要
针对航空发动机小曲率半径零件检测的高精度要求,探究接触式与非接触式三坐标测量机对小曲率半径零件测量的优缺点,搭建了一套以三坐标测量机为平台搭配光学测头的小曲率半径零件测量系统,提出了一种高效精准的小曲率半径测量方法。该系统测量微小曲率半径使用的环形光三角法激光扫描测头具有数据采集更加方便、受光线遮挡影响小的特点。使用测量细微针规的方法验证该系统对于叶片进排气边测量的可行性,得到了相关数据并分析测量系统对小曲率半径零部件的测量能力。
        In order to meet the high precision requirement of part with small curvature radius of aeroengine, the advantages and disadvantages of contact and non-contact coordinate measuring machine(CMM) for the measurement of small curvature radius part are explored. A small curvature radius part measurement system with a CMM machine as a platform and an optical probe was established. An effective and accurate measurement method for small radius of curvature was proposed. The circular optical triangulation laser scanning probe used in the system to measure the small curvature radius has the characteristics of more convenient data acquisition and less influence by light shielding. The method of measuring the fine needle gauge is used to verify the feasibility of the system for the measurement of the inlet and exhaust sides of the blade. The relevant data were obtained and the measurement system's ability to measure small curvature radius parts is analyzed.
