单元组合转子管式太阳能动态集热器实验研究

摘要
针对管式太阳能集热器集热效率低的问题,提出将太阳能光热利用与植物培养相结合的太阳能综合利用新方法——光热农业,并设计动态集热器,搭建单元组合转子管式太阳能动态集热实验台。以贮水温度变化、瞬时效率和平均效率作为检测指标,对比单元组合转子对管式动态集热器光热转换过程的影响,同时比较流速、转子结构和转子颜色的影响。实验结果表明,低流阻黑色转子组在各个方面都展现出优异的性能,光热转换效率在转子作用下大幅度提高,其中平均效率比光管组高32.63%;与同结构的两叶片转子比较发现,黑色转子性能优于透明转子;不同结构的转子比较发现,低流阻转子优于两叶片转子。同时组合转子无需外加动力、自清洁,在光热农业中具有广阔应用前景。
        In view of the low collecting efficiency of tube solar collector,a new method of solar energy comprehensive utilization,which combines solar energy utilization and plant cultivation,is proposed. This method is called Photothermal Agriculture. Furthermore,the corresponding dynamic collector is designed,and the experimental table for tubular solar dynamic collector with unit combined rotors is set up. The changes of water storage temperature,instantaneous efficiency and average efficiency are taken as detection indicators,the influence of unit combined rotors on the photothermal conversion efficiency of tubular solar dynamic collectors is investigated,and the influences of fluid velocity,rotor structure and rotor color are also compared at the same time. The results show that the low flow resistance black rotor group exhibits excellent performance in all aspects. The photothermal conversion efficiency is greatly improved under the action of rotors,of which the average efficiency of the low flow resistance black rotor group is 32. 63% higher than that of light tube group. Comparison of two blade rotors with the same structure shows that the black rotor has better performance than that of the transparent rotor. Comparison of rotors with different structures shows that the rotor with low flow resistance has better performance than that of two blade rotor. At the same time,the combined rotor needs no additional power,and it is able to avoid scaling,so it has broad application prospects in Photothermal Agriculture.
